Casale Carla

This property exceeded all of our expectations. I have stayed in many airbnbs and this was clearly the best. Carla is fantastic! Communication was easy, she met us at the house both on arrival and departure to address all needs, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our 19 day stay. The setting of the property is gorgeous, all three houses have wonderful character, and it is well apportioned with more than enough dishes, cookware, towels, etc for a large group. Beds are comfortable, pool is clean and offers a relaxing setting with shaded area for welcome relief from the heat. Location is excellent, with quiet, country feel and setting, yet close to several small towns with good amenities, as well as many good wineries nearby and you are only a half hour or less from Florence. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. You will not be disappointed and we will not hesitate to return. If we have the opportunity. Thank you Carla!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Carla! Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 teenagers and the property was perfect for us. There are 3 well-stocked houses on the property and our 4 teen girls had the time of their lives staying in their own house and swimming in the pool all day. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is a beautiful property surrounded by breathtaking landscapes of the Tuscan hills and the location is perfect. Carla was very easy to communicate with and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. She also helped put me in touch with a private chef who cooked us an incredible 4-course dinner on our last night in the villa. Overall, it was the experience of a lifetime and I'm already missing Tuscany and Casale Carla.

Our group cannot say enough good things about Carla and the property. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the stay. She helped arrange transport, without her we would’ve struggled to find our way around and back to events/dinners we had in Florence. The photos truly don’t do the property justice. We’d never stayed in such a beautiful place, we’ll definitely be back. Would recommend Casa de Carla for anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful stay in Tuscany!

Outstanding views, very clean, private, comfortable furniture throughout including beds. Tons of fluffy linens. Carla and family greeted us and assisted with luggage, gave us an accurate walk through of villa, and made arrangements for local authentic eating. We felt safe, pampered with all the amenities, took advantage of the grounds by identifying flowers and tree and the birds. This villa is perfect for families who like to stretch out or need extra room. This was a perfect relaxing villa to come home to after wine tasting, sightseeing, and castle adventures. Carla’s villa was so nice we made dinner in twice just to enjoy the home. We would come back to this location again. Thank you Carla for a fabulous and memorable stay!!

Carla is an incredible and generous host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property is perfect in every way. The grounds are stunning, the views are perfect, the buildings and furnishings are luxurious and homely. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and Carla was incredibly generous. She had fresh flowers in the house and a couple of bottles of her local Chianti (they were so good we had to get more) and organised a local cook to do a beautiful long Tuscan lunch for the six of us. We can’t wait to come back again.
